Future appointments will comply with the Plan, but that suitably qualified persons appointed/promoted will fulfil all essential requirements of the positions vacant and that there will be no 'token appointments'
The company recognises that diversity within the profile of the workforce is desirable, as well as the need to remedy the negative effects of the past, but within the constraints of the need to continue to operate a successful, growing business focused on the needs of all its stakeholders
